A terror suspect wearing a fake suicide vest was arrested in the early hours of this morning and the City2 shopping center evacuated in Brussels, Belgium following a bomb alert.

Police were this morning around 5.30 a.m informed about 'suspicious activity' near the City 2 complex and special forces officers were scrambled to the scene, where they arrested a man wearing a fake suicide vest
